Inky's Blurbings: Right before diving into Mila herself, I read this 15 page prequel. It's super short, but I was riveted. This is the tragedy that gets Mila where she is, it's the thing from her past that you learn about. It's the fire. Wow. I don't read a lot of companion short stories, but this one was awesome.
